We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably, and we’re covering the shipping cost as a thank-you! Shipping times and rates vary based on the option selected and your location. Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties applicable upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Processing Time
Once your payment and order confirmation are received, we’ll begin processing your order immediately. For our Ready-To-Wear collections, DHL Express delivery within 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, email us at Your Contact Email with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
Shipping Time
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible! After shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
