Words with capitalized initials have meanings as defined below. These definitions apply equally in both singular and plural forms.

• Goods: Items available for sale on our Website.
• Orders: Requests by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Website: Refers to www.zonya.shop.

General Return Policy

All items are eligible for return except for:

• Discounted items, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Dresses customized to your measurements.
• Custom designs tailored to client preferences.

Return Instructions

The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. After your return request is approved, please contact customer service to proceed. We are not liable for packages lost by shipping carriers.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Conditions for refund eligibility include:

• Items must have the RIBBON tag attached and be in the original packaging. Note: Returns will not be accepted if this tag is stained, removed, or tampered with.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags (if applicable).

Color Variance

Please note that colors may vary due to photo editing and monitor differences.

Products with defects can be returned but may not be refundable, except for items with a direct warranty as specified. Notify us as soon as possible if you find a defect.

Client Rights on a Refund

• Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
• 1-14 days after purchase: 60% refund.
• More than 14 days: 50% refund.

Receiving a Refund

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the Original Payment Method used. If paid by bank transfer, please provide your Full Name and IBAN Number for the refund.
